1:first you need a torrent software which downloads your file.to download it go to given link.http://www.utorrent.com/.download it and install it in your system.



2:Then search you torrent.from a torrent website these are some most famous torrent websites.

or if you  want to download software then i refer you http://torrentz.eu/ or http://torrentz.eu/

now for example you have to download a movie go to http://extratorrent.com/.then there you will see a search box like this

type your movie name in the search box. suppose  you have to download  the "amazing spider man"type it in the search box after this it will load and a new page will collection of movies of different size,picture
quality and different languages.the flags at the starting of a torrent represents its language.if the flag is of India
