In adobe Photoshop it is very easy to make a gif animation.in this tutorial i will show that how to make a animation.just follow the following steps and you will learn to make animation
- Select an image any image you want.i have select an image in which i will show you how to make his eyebrows.
- Now in order to make an animation you need more image as we know one animation is made form many pictures so we have to do the same now if you want move his eyebrow.so first select the eyebrow.to select it you have to use "Magnetic lasso tool" to select it click on the icon as show in the picture below
